Tater Tot Casserole
EQUIPMENT
- Oven 
- Casserole Dish 
- Skillet 
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag tater tots 
- 1 lb ground turkey or ground beef 
- 1 can of corn 
- 1 can of green beans 
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup 
- 1 ½-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 
- salt, pepper, and garlic to taste 
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium sized skillet, brown the ground turkey (or beef). 
- Stir in salt, pepper, and garlic, and transfer meat to a casserole dish. 
- Mix in the corn, green beans, and cream of mushroom soup. 
- Pour frozen tater tots on top of the meat mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese over tots. 
- Sprinkle a little more garlic to the top and pop into the oven for 45 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is melted. - Enjoy!
