Tater Tot Casserole

EQUIPMENT

  • Oven

  • Casserole Dish

  • Skillet

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag tater tots

  • 1 lb ground turkey or ground beef

  • 1 can of corn

  • 1 can of green beans

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 ½-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • salt, pepper, and garlic to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a medium sized skillet, brown the ground turkey (or beef).

  • Stir in salt, pepper, and garlic, and transfer meat to a casserole dish.

  • Mix in the corn, green beans, and cream of mushroom soup.

  • Pour frozen tater tots on top of the meat mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese over tots.

  • Sprinkle a little more garlic to the top and pop into the oven for 45 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
