Smoked Trout Dip
EQUIPMENT
- Mixing Bowl 
- A Sharp Knife 
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Skinned & Boned Smoked Trout 
- 2 tbsp Chives 
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 
- 4 tbsp Greek Yogurt 
- Pepper to Taste 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Using a sharp knife, finely chop chives and add with Trout filets into mixing bowl. 
- Use your hands (or whatever utensils you want), break up the trout and mix until trout and chives are well blended. 
- Add the Greek yogurt and lemon juice into the bowl, and begin mixing until the liquids come together and the Trout mixture is evenly distributed. 
- Season with pepper to taste and serve with toasted bread, pita, or just plain crackers. - Enjoy!
