Smoked Pepitas
EQUIPMENT
- Baking Tray 
INGREDIENTS
- Fresh Pumpkin Seeds 
- 2 tbsp olive oil 
- 1 tbsp garlic powder 
- 2 tsp salt 
- 1 tsp pepper 
- 1 tsp paprika 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat Traeger to 180 degrees. 
- Rinse and pat dry fresh pumpkin seeds. 
- Mix together all the seasonings and olive oil with the seeds. 
- Lay flat on cooking sheet. 
- Place into Traeger and smoke for 20 minutes. Stir them, and repeat after another 20 minutes. 
- Increase heat to 325 and roast for another 20 minutes. You may need to increase time depending on preference of crispiness. - Enjoy!
