Hot Honey Sausage Balls

These Hot Honey Sausage Balls are a perfect bite of savory sausage, melty cheese, and buttery biscuit goodness — all kicked up a notch with our Ranch & Rifle Hot Honey seasoning. Perfect for game days, parties, or just because you want something downright delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or hot)

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 ½ cups Bisquick or your favorite baking mix

  • 2–3 tbsp Ranch & Rifle Hot Honey seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, and Hot Honey seasoning. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated — your hands work best here!

  3. Adjust consistency:
If the mixture feels a too dry, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk to help it come together.

  4. Form into balls:
Roll into 1-inch balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Cool and serve:
Let them rest for a few minutes before serving. These are great fresh out of the oven or at room temperature — and even better dipped in a little honey or ranch dressing.

Whether you’re tailgating, hosting, or just snacking, these Hot Honey Sausage Balls bring the perfect combo of sweet, smoky, and spicy flavor.
