Dinosaur (Beef) Ribs
EQUIPMENT
- Traeger 885 or similar 
- Aluminum Foil 
- Baking Sheet 
INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 Beef Ribs 
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil 
- 1 cup Beef Broth 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat Traeger to 275 degrees. 
- Trim the meat side of the ribs. Remove excess fat and silver-skin to expose the meat. 
- Lightly drizzle with the olive oil and rub into all sides of the meat. 
- Generously season with Ranch & Rifle’s Gunpowder seasoning, and allow to rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. 
- Place the ribs directly on the smoker for 2-3 hours, or until ribs have a nice bark to your liking. 
- Place the ribs on an baking sheet and pour in the beef stock. (do not pout onto the ribs, pour into the pan) 
- Cover the ribs with foil and place back on the smoker until the ribs reach a temperature of 205 degrees. 
- Remove from the smoker, wrap the entire tray in a large towel (do not remove foil) and place in an empty, off oven to rest for at least 1 hour. 
- Serve with your favorite chimichurri! - Enjoy!
